Did my LAST hill training yesterday. It was tough, but I was mentally strong. I came out of the session feeling good, like I have achieved what I wanted to do for the session and I still felt as if I could go on for much longer…and that for HILLS :-).

I am so excited at the moment right now. I feel ready and prepared, knowing that I have done all the training I should have done. There is not much left for me to do now. Just easy runs and maybe some speed work in the gym. YES, YES, YES!
