So I am back in the gym after months of road running. Light seems to be an issue for early morning training. Summer is over. I am a bit run down so the gym will be good to build myself up again.
Forgot how easy it is to run on a treadmill! Just one speed…just one level :-). No nasty surprises.
Starting my strenght training programme for the next 4 weeks, tomorrow. Will be working with a personal trainer 🙂 Not sure why, but I feel so intimidated by the all the equipment in the gym. Don’t know how to use it, need someone to show me the ropes, after that I know I will have the confidence to use the circuit and become STRONG!
