This morning I went all out! Started with a hill and started running right from the start. Wanted to practice “hills”…I consistantly applied the 30s rule. It is actually working. I am so excited about this cause this mean my times will definitely be improving

Valentine night race
I am running the KFC 10km Valentines night race tomorrow evening..How ROMANTIC . I suppose it could be quite fun. I have never ran at night so I am looking for it. Have been carb loading today and drinking the water. I want to run a “fast” 10km tomorrow evening. I know I can improve on my previous 10km time. The training of the last 6 weeks has really made me feel confident and strong. I am not going to set a specific time for tomorrow nights race as I just want to have fun and practice running a bit faster.
