This morning’s run was tough! Not only is it getting lighter a bit later, but there was this icy wind! ALMOST a good enough excuse to not go out for a run. Not sure if I have recovered completely from the flu, don’t really feel like it, but it has been almost 2 weeks now. It might just be all in the head. I used to feel so good after a run, still do but lately I feel tired and don’t seem to feel energised like I used to feel 😦
My body needs fuel…
I should probably start to look into eating the write type of food for the amount of running I am going to do over the next two month. I don’t think salad and fruit is enough for a runner’s body. Really wanted to stay away from the pasta, but is seems like I am gonna have to increase by carb intake if I want to get rid of this drained feeling at the moment. My body needs fuel :-)! Would be interesting to see what it does to the weight!!!!! so from now on I will be keeping track of weight loss as well :-(. Really did not want to focus on the weight right now, wanted to do the running and the weight must look after itself…guess it is not that simple :-O
