Will return to training in the morning. Really looking forward to it. I am starting a get nervous now. Seems like time is just flying now.
Endurance that is the name of the game
Beginning of Feb and I need to focus on long runs and endurance training. Also want to include strength training on the days that I am not running as that help with speed.
McCarthy Toyota 10km
Have decided since I missed the PWC run I should go for the next best 10…McCarthy 10km. I am not 100 but I feel I need to run this one. If all goes well, who know?
