This morning was indeed a milestone for me. My coach seemed to have catch a cold and I decided to just go to the gym. But then I thought NO, I want to train on the road. So off I went…Alone on Road for the First Time…nothing too scary about that :-). It is amazing how many people train on the road in the morning. So, you don’t actually get the feeling of ALONE. Its is great to run outside in the morning catching the fresh air. I prefer training on the road then going to the gym. I just feel it is more real and I like the variety. It also feel like a more “full body” work out. Will go to the gym for my interval and speed training sessions.
I decided to run/walk the mother of a Norfolk rd again…this time went 500m further. In total I did 2 km extra than my previous session, so I am back on track!
